Once we confirm the validity of a DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly act to remove or restrict access to the specified content in compliance with the DMCA and relevant legal standards. Your notice, along with your contact details, may be forwarded to the party accused of infringement to facilitate resolution. Should you believe the removal was made in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notice containing the following information: Clear identification of the content that was removed and its exact location before removal; your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address for correspondence; a sworn statement under penalty of perjury affirming your belief that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or an appropriate U.S. district court if you reside outside the U.S.); and your agreement to accept service of process from the complainant who filed the original DMCA notice. Your submission must include your physical or electronic signature.
